Hi Richard,
You will not be able to 'like' a page on IMDbPro the way you would on social networking sites. That said, you can add both titles and people to lists by using the 'Add to List' option found at the left of the page:

Hi Steve.

Thank you for getting back to me.  I'm not sure what I need to do after I press "ADD TO LIST"  Do I enter the exact name of the IMDB page?  For example.  Do I add "SOLO: A Star Wars Story"  or for a personal name, using mine as an example:  Do I add Richard Ryan (XII)  ?

And also if someone clicks on a page does that count for a view therefore lowering your rank?  (When I say "lower your rank" I mean lower your meter.

Hi Richard,

The "Your Lists" on IMDbPro is part of the Casting feature, so generally is used to keep a list of individuals for your projects.

If you're tracking titles on this, you would enter the title of the list, not of the title you're adding. The "Your Lists" on IMDbPro are only visible to you and won't be searchable and won't affect the STARmeter or MOVIEmeter ranking.

If you're looking to keep track of titles you enjoyed, I recommend using the IMDb Lists feature instead. For details on IMDb lists, please see our Help page here:

Thank you for your response.

Couple more Q'S.  What is the best way to get my actor page better star meter ranking?

How do I get my movie page a better star meter ranking?

On my movie, the stars are not top of the list.  How do I change that to the correct order and have it be permanent just like the bigger movies.

Hi Richard,

Please know that IMDbPro uses proprietary algorithms that take into account several measures of popularity for people, titles and companies. The primary measure is who and what people are looking at on IMDb. For further information about STARmeter and MOVIEmeter rankings and how they're calculated, please check out our Help page here:

In terms of the credit order it is IMDb policy to reflect the order of the credits as they appear on screen in the end credits crawl. If this is different to the order in which your cast is currently listed you can amend this by submitting an order number to the credits. For more details please see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/credit-order/G8QZ9QSY5EVKAPNF?ref_=he...#

Will
