How do I erase my previous last name from my credits
I recently changed my last name and I updated it on IMDB, however, I would like to remove the “( as -previous last name”) that shows now. Any input would be spectacular!

You can try to submit a request as described here:
Note that it would of course also make it hard to find your page for someone who knows you by the former name.
