How do I delete my IMDB credit?
I want my credit removed from a crappy film that I not only acted in, but that I had also put some on my own money into it. i don't want to go into details as to why I want it deleted, but I want my name removed immediately because it is an embarrassment. I have submitted at least a dozen request for IMDB to remove my name from it. I had stopped paying for membership because IMDB won't honor my request. Why won't IMDB honor my request of allowing me to delete my credit?

Hi Tristan - It's our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information or credit from our records, therefore, if your worked on that title your credit will need to remain listed on the site.

Hi I am totally new here to IMDB and I think it can be easier to load and correct and update my own credits if I don't want it to show on my own page or mistakes without encountering any big problems. I have a credit on SNL here is the link to my page, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072562/?ref_=nm_flmg_cam_24 did work on SNL show but it shows at the wrong year, i like to delete this please so I can input the correct data. Thank you will the IMDB staff delete my credit on SNL at year 1985, because I was not a camera assistant by then, i do not want industry people to think it is on purpose. I would appreciate it. and my page is Jalal Pashandi thank you

IMDb doesn’t really delete credits so that people can start over. Usually credits and other info is corrected/updated/moved. So you didn’t work as an camera operator for SNL episode ”Pee Wee Herman/Queen Ida & The Bon Temps Zydeco Band” (aired 20 Nov 1985)? What’s the correct episode (where you worked)?

I had a manager who was wanting to promote me and added two credits that I was only an extra in. Now that I find out about this, and the wrongdoing that was done, I can't even get IMDB to delete INCORRECT info. What is up with this folks? If you're all concerned about having a factual database then why not work to make it that? I don't want to seek legal rep but these uncredited credits make me look foolish and this affects my career. In essance, IMDB is responsible for me not getting cast.
