How do I add episodes for a series that is listed as unknown number of episodes?

I recently finished watching the Ukranian TV series Nikonov & Co. on YouTube.  It was 16 episodes long and only had one season.  The IMDB page for the series says it had an unknown number of episodes.  I have tried to put the number of episodes in so I can add at least the number of episodes for the primary players in the series, but have had no luck.  How do I add the episodes to the series?

e8n2: For a TV series, IMDb isn't looking for the number of episodes per se. Rather, they want people to add each episode to the database. To do this, you would go to the bottom of the series page, such as https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8202798/ for "Nikonov i Ko" (2015), and click "Add episode".

For each episode, you would need to provide at least one of the following three pieces of information:

  • Episode title
  • Episode original airdate and the country where that airing took place
  • Episode number (for example, the first season's second episode would be numbered 1.2 -- in this case, the first season is the only season)

You only need one of these items, but if you have two or three of them, please provide them.

You will also need to indicate your relationship to the series (if you are a viewer rather than a person involved in the production, select "... none of the above").

That is all the information needed for an episode to be submitted. However, as you go through the submission process, you will have the opportunity to submit Cast, Writers, Producers, Directors, a Plot Outline, and/or a Plot Summary. You don't need to submit any of these items, although you will want to submit at least some of the Cast of each episode since you are trying to get the actors their correct number of episodes. (You can also check the box to "add more data for categories that aren't listed above" for other types of data if you want to.)

Once you have submitted your data for one episode, you can immediately proceed to submit the data for another episode; you don't have to wait for the previous episode's data to be processed.

And once all 16 episodes have been entered with their respective Cast members and the data has completed processing, each of the actors who has been listed will have their correct number of episodes listed on their entry.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
