How do I add a profile picture for this person?

I'm trying to add a profile picture for an actor in my film, and I can't find any option to "add image" to his page, on regular IMDB and IMDB PRO. Not sure if he has a verified IMDB page or not? The url to his page is below--

How do I add a headshot or other images to an IMDb name page?

The "Add Image" option is only available on IMDb title pages (i.e. movies, TV shows, TV episodes, video games, etc.). Adding images to name pages requires an IMDbPro membership - to learn more, please see Adding photos to IMDb.

Furthermore, the individual themselves would have to claim their IMDb name page and add an image to have one display on their page.
