How do i add a new certificate category? This is for video games in Singapore

The first titles with the rating can be seen here: https://imdaonline.imda.gov.sg/classification/Search/VideoGames/

Thanks skok, I've added that one now. Please wait up to 24 hours before adding this to titles though to give our systems time to catch up with the addition.
