How do I add a data about the decised producer/owner of the company that is allready listed?

Hello, I have a dilemma. I need to list the producer and owner of the production company that is already listed. But he also produced stuff on his own without the company so he deserves his page as well. I'm not him obviously and he is dead so I don't want to pretend and open a new account as I was him. How? Thanks in advance. Val

Hi @vladar - If the individual does not have a name page, you can add it, any contributor can create name pages, it's ok and it doesn't mean you are pretending to be them. After that you can follow our help guides under 'Adding your new company via a Name page.' and add him to the existing company info. Hope that helps. Cheers!

Thank you for the prompt response and your help. One more question if I may. I am editing using my pro account but it won't let me add photos. Do I need to buy a pro account for that person specifically?

@vladar You can only add pictures to your claimed name page or to title pages. Cheers!

Thanks again. How do I claim this name page then? I am the webmaster of his website and contributor to the documentary film about this person.

Thank you @Ozzy but the link "claim your page" is nowhere to be found on this particular page. I am using an IMDb pro account for this. Please refer to the screenshot. Cheers .

Hello @vladar, If you want to add photos to another person's name page, they will need an active IMDbPro membership to claim an IMDb name page and display photos. You can find out more on IMDbPro memberships in our help pages.  If you want to use your own IMDbPro Premium Subscription and you have not yet claimed your own name page, please take the following steps: Click on the small icon next to your name in the top-right corner of the page (or go directly to the claim page)Select the category that describes you best, then your primary profession (i.e. Actress, Director, Production Designer, etc.), and select "Continue". If your primary profession is not listed, or if you prefer to skip this step, please select "Skip this step"."Your professional name" will be pre-populated to search for your IMDb page. If your professional name is different from your account name, please select "Change Name". You should enter the name exactly as it appears on IMDb. Click "Search" and you'll see a list of names matching the text you have entered. If you have an IMDb page, select "Claim Page" to the right of the page in the search results (even if the name is outdated or misspelled, please respond letting us know if you need any corrections to be made)

Thank you all for taking the time to answer my question but unfortunately nothing is helping my case. The person has a name page. He is Robert Levy, a pretty important producer from 100 years ago and owner of REOL Productions. He died way back in 1959. I am involved in a project that commemorates his life's work and my task is to improve online awareness of his work. Wikipedia, personal website, and of course IMDb. This is my situation: I am using a PRO account to enter and correct data on the films he produced and that is going fine.  When using that same PRO account I have no option to claim his personal page and moderate it how it is required so my question is:Who and how can claim a deceased person's personal page? Nothing else is the issue. Need a new PRO account? No problem. Just how? Just who? Because he by himself cannot do it anymore.

Hi @vladar, Thank you for the above information. If you are currently using a IMDbPro account that has already claimed a name page, you will need a new IMDbPro account with a separate email and Amazon account to claim another name page. Alternatively, you can unclaim a name page to claim another. Although this will sever the connection between your current IMDbPro membership and your claimed name page. Consider with caution as this can cause all IMDbPro exclusive data contributed to said name page to be unrecoverable. Otherwise, for further details regarding a group plan membership with access for 5 members, please see our help page article. I hope this helps!
