How do I add a credit to a director's name?

In Moroccan director Hakim Noury's page, only 4 films are directed.

He made many more films, one of them is one of the most popular and controversial films of the 90s: Stolen Childhood. I was surprised not to find a page on IMDb, and so I can't send a link.

I was about to submit a review for the film and for the first time in 12 years (and more than 2000 reviews) I find the film inexistant on my favorite database.

I tried to add the entry on the director's page but I realized I had to pick an existing title, so I'm kind of stuck right now. Can anybody add that film on the director's page?

It's a marvel of Moroccan cinema, a sort of neo-realistic masterpiece à la De Sica treating the subject of little servants being abused and mistreated in their houses.
