I suggest going to your contribution history at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/ and paging back through your updates until you find this contribution (they are in reverse chronological order). By 2020 (when this update was submitted), most data submissions had a "Track Contribution" button associated with them, so when you get to this particular submission, click on the Track Contribution button for it.

If the information you see there doesn't help you find the title, post here what the information says and perhaps the contributors here or IMDb staff can help you.

@jimmy_alioto_ipdhwh90dgpim  Please check your contribution history as advised by @gromit82 above -- this update has not been submitted, sorry.  It should appear in the top section of https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/ where it will be labelled as a saved update.  Instead of pressing the Submit button, you must have pressed the Save for later button.
