If it is listed, then make use of the option to delete accordingly.
If it is not listed, then send an inquiry through https://help.imdb.com/contact but understand that video entries of a type other than demo reel may not be eligible for decoupling from the name page to be updated.
For video gallery items other than demo reels, "tag" adjustments to them require the intervention of the IMDb staff, and they won't remove a movie trailer from the video gallery for person who is credited as a cast member of the movie from which the trailer was created.
I'm not sure whether or not the presence of a demo reel in a video gallery can suppress trailers (and clips, promos or movies) from appearing in the featured video slot as thumbnail hyperlink to the given video, but there was a time when such a thing definitely wasn't possible. We might want to wait around for an IMDb customer service representative to answer that one.
As Jeorj mentioned above, if there is a Video trailer displaying on your page that you want removed, the best option is to make a request to remove your name tag from the video, you can do so through our Contact Form by selecting: IMDb Contributor > I need help and haven't submitted an update > Images & video > Remove/update videos then click "Email" to make your request.
