how can I add "Color Grading" or "Colorist" to the Crew of a film

Actually colorists are also added to vfx, sfx and addittional crew - depending on, well who knows. We have a petition to create a separate Color category that would include colorists for dailies, vfx, color science, restoration and finishing.
