Vande: In case it might help, I've just re-submitted this correction myself with the following explanation:

See https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/names-biographical-data/names/GSA3M6SFHRAERXZ3#suffix  which says, "... degree indications like Ph.D., are not considered part of the name, and are not included in the primary name, even if that is how the name appears on screen." Ed.D. is a degree indication like Ph.D. and should not be included in this person's primary name, much less at the start of her name.

Also, I've submitted a cleanup for the sole additional crew credit.

Thank you for reporting and posting the screengrab of the submission! I have further investigated this name correction submission as our policy remains that honorifics are not allowed as part of the name and it was a processing error which I have already escalated.

As for the contribution that gromit82 re-submitted, I have now approved the name correction and the changes will be live on the site shortly for Judith E. Gerson.
