Highlighting of National Level Awards

Hello, IMDb contributors. I sent the below message to the IMDb help desk and they advised me to post it here to measure the level of interest in the idea. Original suggestion below :

I have a general suggestion regarding the Awards section of the database. In terms of major awards such as the Academy awards, BAFTAs etc. and the way these awards/nominations are currently highlighted above other wins/nominations:
Example = Caitriona Balfe - Nominated for 1 BAFTA Film Award. Another 17 wins & 43 nominations.

Could I suggest that in the interests of parity for other countries besides the US and UK, that their most significant national annual awards ceremony (in some cases Academy affiliates) are likewise highlighted over and above other awards events.

So for my country, Ireland, that would mean the IFTAs Awards (Irish Film and Television Academy) which I know are an international affiliate of the US Academy, for Australia that would be the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) Awards, for France the César Awards, and so forth.

I feel this would appeal to the international users of the database, to see their own national awards highlighted in this manner.

Thank you for taking the time to review my suggestion.
