Highlighted Review - banded

When you see the single highlighted review, it is far too individualistic to be useful.

What would be better as a visitor would be to have eg three band rating ranges - 1-3, 4-7 & 8-10 - (or similar eg 1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-10) and show a top review for each of these bands, so that you are presented on the main page with three top reviews covering the whole range of ratings. They could present the first n lines for each and use an ellipsis symbol for the user to expand the text.

These top reviews should 'cycle' a bit or use some method to dampen or avoid the top review getting feedback due to its position that then reinforces its position as top review.
