I can confirm that the credit was declined because you submitted to the series as opposed to the specific episodes you worked on.  You will need to resubmit your credit to the episodes, if you produced all the episodes you can submit in bulk or submit to individual episodes.  You can find detailed instructions for both options on our Help Guide.
