Help re-adding a deleted credit

Hi, I had my recent gaming credit approved without evidence (contribution #260309-172131-356000). I then had to delete it temporarily (#260310-195909-521000) but now want to have it reinstated. I have submitted the same credit for approval multiple times but had those requests declined, despite uploading evidence (see #260505-133429-413000 and #260503-083436-446000 as examples). What am I doing wrong and how do I have this acting credit reinstated to my page, please? Thanks for your help!
