Help on two rejected submissions

Looking for help on two rejected submissions for the same movie. First was my trying to add a character name to the credits as the same actress played multiple roles. She's listed for both in the on screen credits and I included an image link showing this in the credits, but it was rejected for not being able to verify. #251012-143711-820000 is the submission if an IMDB person could double-check that. Second was trying to remove a duplicate credit for the same character, but with an incorrect unaffiliated actress linked in one of them. #251011-113543-362000 is the submission. The character "Ronnie Sue" is correctly credited to Shannon Barksdale, but then there is an extra listing in the IMDB credits for the same character but credited to Shannon (II) which is not correct. Rejected for "badly formatted", but I'm not sure what is meant by that. Any help appreciated.
