Help needed to edit 'self' listing

This is what I see when I select correct / delete - I'm not on there so I can't correct it!

Thank you for the screenshots, I can see where the issue is now. 

In order to correct this credit, you will need to go to the Self section in the contribution form, and delete the credit, explaining that it was submitted to the wrong category in the explanation field. 

You will then need to re-add the credit, but this time to the Cast section. This is required because at this time, it is not possible to switch a credit from one category/department to another.

From the bottom of the title page, if you select the yellow "Edit page" button. You will see the Self section in the contribution form, as seen below. 

From here, you can select "Correct / Delete" from the adjacent drop-down and then delete the erroneous credit listing as outlined in my previous response.
