Help! IMDb have inaccurate info. that they won't delete.

I have been credited as a Production Assistant for The Crypt and 3some. I have never worked as a production assistant or worked on these shows (I haven't even watched them!) When I tried to delete them, this was rejected - I was advised to provide proof of this. Not only am I unable to access this option on the page they've directed me to, but I have no idea how I prove I didn't take part! My lack of evidence is because I had absolutely nothing to do with the show. This is so ridiculous. Can anybody help?
