Help getting credits in correct order

A film I appeared in is listed on IMDb, but the cast order is incorrect.

IMDb has ordered the cast based on the rolling credits at the very end of the film, which list actors in the order their characters first appear on screen. As a result, minor characters who appear in only one or two scenes at the beginning of the film are listed first on IMDb, while the lead actors are much further down the cast list.

During the start of the credits, at the end of the film, there are dedicated cast cards where the principal cast are listed in billing order (order of importance). This is the official cast billing, and it appears immediately before the rolling credits.

I have submitted a video recording of these cast cards to show the billing order to IMDb. IMDb corrected the listing, but every few weeks it reverts back to the incorrect order. IMDb has now stopped accepting my evidence submissions.

How can I get the cast order corrected permanently so that it reflects the official billed cast and isn't repeatedly changed back to the order-of-appearance listing?
