Having trouble with primary image

Hello, despite trying numerous times to correct our NEW poster for our movie (setting it as a new primary image etc)~ the new poster still hasn't updated. I've tried several times along with reading online how to do this, to no avail. If anyone can advise accordingly (as at 12th Nov 2025) I'd really appreciate it or if there's someone who works for IMDb, could they please do this for us. Appreciated in advance.

Hello tarrantl Can you provide us with the 18-digits submission reference number? for the rejections to take a look for you! You can find the submission number in your Contribution History page: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/contribution-information/contribution-history/G2BYV38VYPXM5L4F?ref_=helpsrall#

Hi fran hi Fran, I can't seem to find it. it was a photo of the new artwork for our film 'The Presence Of Snowgood' the new poster is in the gallery (the colour one, NOT the b/w one which is currently showing as primary image) Shall I put it in again and then I'll hopefully have a contribution number? Many thanks. Leigh

Hi Fran It's this image. #251024-131654-112219. I'd like it to become our primary image. Although I thought I'd ticked the right box for it to be so, many months ago - it didn't work. Can you help please. Thanks

@tarrantl The reason you are seeing the other poster as primary is probably that it was the only poster tagged with United Kingdom and IMDb displays posters and titles based on user location or settings.
