Having trouble removing a photo from my profile

Please review my request to remove this photo of me with Paul Parisi (he's here: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4016712/) from my profile. My declined request stated that I don't know him, nor worked with him, or on the film listed. It's also poor quality, overexposed. I checked your guidelines and this photo falls under two of your criteria for removal. 1.) Paparazzi photos, “selfie” photos, or fan art. - this photo falls under this description. 2.)
