Having issues with adding film synopsis
Hi, I'm having some technical trouble with adding a synopsis (the long one) for 3-D Sex and Zen: Extreme Ecstasy (2011). I'm redirected to a blank IMDB contributor page after clicking "Check these updates". The synopsis does not appear in my Contribution History after clicking the button, which means it hasn't gone through.
I've tried the usual, like using a different browser, disabling my ad blocker, popup blocker, etc. I've also tried uploading it through the IMDB app. They don't work.
Would appreciate any help, please. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I have been unable to replicate the issue you reported with submitting a Plot Summary for this title.
As I understand, you have tried making your submission via both the IMDb Desktop site and the IMDb App.
The submission will only be displayed in your Contribution History if the update has been submitted. Can you clarify what happens once you click the "Check These Updates" button? Does the page display any Errors or Warning texts? Or are you redirected to a blank/empty page?
Posting the steps you have taken when trying to make your submission will be useful to help our staff identify the problem.

I'm doing a synopsis for a web series, don't worry about which one, and it's quite the big synopsis. Like thousands of characters. So I'm done with it, and I click "Check For Updates" because y'know... that's how you get it submitted. But as it loads me in to check the updates, the screen is just white as it directs itself, and then IMDb Contributor appears, along with Contribution History, Contribution Zone, the Send Feedback, all that good stuff. There's just a big blank down there where your synopsis should be, and you know, it spellchecks it for you and whatnot. It just won't appear no matter what. Do you think the synopsis is too long, or is it just IMDb?

Our tech team is now prioritized this issue and is investigating, however, they are unable to replicate the problem.
Can you provide some additional information, such the browser you are using when this occurs and what what device you are using?

The issue happens on both iPhone and Mac devices, on both Safari and Google Chrome.

Would you mind checking if this is still an issue, tried contributing a Synopsis for that specific episode with google chrome and had no problems. Let us know!
