Having a problem adding my credit.

I worked on a film under a pseudonym. I had added this credit under the pseudonym before it was released (it was originally credited under a different pseudonym I use.) I'm now trying to change it to my real name, but with the attribute "as" for the pseudonym. I've tried going through the correction submissions but was declined. I had uploaded my contract as proof. It states that I will go under this name for the film. What else do I need to do to change this?
