Guidelines for quiz show contestants

I've been looking at the cast/crew for Hard Quiz (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6256660/) on IMDb and have noticed a few errors - some contestants with the same name are listed as the same person, and in addition some people who have appeared more than once are listed with two different descriptions (which are identical except for minor things like capitalisation). I'm happy to contribute corrections but wanted to check whether, in general, game show contestants without surnames are notable enough to be included. I don't want to submit a bunch of corrections to find they all get removed anyway!
