graphic design credit
Hello, I submitted a web series graphic designer of the series' logo at the series level under the Art Department as "graphic designer."
While the logo is used throughout repeatedly, the credit is just now showing up on the credits of the second series' first episode. The graphic artist goes by a moniker. The submission has been declined for not meeting submission guidelines. Will you kindly tell me how to get this credit approved?

It looks like you are adding the credit to a TV Series, in this case you have to submit the credit to the episodes which are credited on, the submission was done to the Main TV Series page.
You can re submit your credits to the correct episodes, also you can find more help and details in our Help Articles.
