Goof rejected - The Grand Tour

I've submited an error in continuity (#201221-003709-865000) that says "When Clarkson gives the "Fury" license plate to Hammond on the beach, you can see the front track already fixed. Then Hammond proceeds to fix it." and was rejected because "Does not meet contribution guidelines". I would like to know why, taking into account that was exactly what happened.
