Gino Corrado bio

Hello. How do I get someone at IMDB to delete the information for classic Hollywood actor GINO CORRADO? All five of the paragraphs in the "mini bio" were plagiarized (and not cited) from my dissertation, which is in the final manuscript stage and now being published with University Press of Mississippi. Thanks. Kirby Pringle retroactivity@gmail.com

Hi kirby_pringle -

In these instances we encourage you to submit a mini-Bio correction replacing the plagiarized content with a new Bio.

In the meantime, you mentioned that the full bio listed is plagiarized from the University Press of Mississippi, do you have any online source links to help verify that this content is currently published from this press source?

Hi Michelle,

I litterally (Monday) asked Loyola University Chicago to remove my dissertation from their eCommons library site. I can send you a file of the dissertation if you wish. But all dissertations are actually copyrighted and technically the university licensed it from me.  I also have my University Press of Mississippi contract if you wish to see it.
It’s for a hardcover book, 1,000 copies first press.

What this person did on your site for the mini bio was crudely pull information from my research (my introduction and chapter openjngs) with no citation. That’s all my original research on an unknown uncredited bit player that I spent years doing. Interestingly, I had someone who wanted to write a script about Gino Corrado’s life based on my dissertation. He contacted me for a tape interview I had but didn’t realize he could not base his script on my dissertation (now a final manuscript) without my permission. Before I convinced him of this he claimed he could still write a script as he had gotten some information from another source: IMDB! I explained that the information on the mini bio was plagiarized  from my dissertation to begin with. So here I am. Can you please help me with this?

The above suggestion to change the bio with a "bio-correction" was redundant as I had already done so. IMDB has not inputed my change yet though. I am not sure what the next step is.
