Getting size error while trying to add any image to my profile

It's any image I try to add. One in particular the size is 24kb, the error im getting says the image must be between 20kb and 20mb. I do have PRO.

Hi Russ,

As noted by Ed Jones, the minimum file size is indeed 50 KB. I would also recommend uploading the highest quality image available.

Hello Taylor (still there at IMDB?) I get same message today, posting stills in JPG. "

"Error uploading image

Images must be between 50kB and 12MB in size"

The 24kB images are perfectly hi-def really. I don't see any problem with them. Can this size requirement be reviewed and downsized?

You've bumped an stale old thread that deals with a separate specific case, and your post might go unnoticed, so you might be interested in creating a new thread proposing an idea, where the pros and cons of lowering the requirement can be discussed. I don't know if the IMDb site authorities would order reconfiguration of the image submission system simply on account of complaints from only two or three contributors.
