Get rid of the not-helpful buttons

Remove the option for random & anonymous users to vote negatively for the trivia/user reviews that others contributed!! It only generates abuse! It's very disrespectful from IMDb to allow this, other websites don't give a thumb-down option (and you don't either here on this forum, which is kind of hypocrite)
