Kbeyda: If you mean, can an extra on a Blu-ray or DVD (such as a documentary) be listed as a separate title in IMDb and the persons credited in that extra get those credits listed on IMDb, then my answer would be "Normally, yes."
I have submitted DVD extras to IMDb before and they have gotten listed in the database. I personally would only submit a DVD extra to IMDb if it had its own title and enough on-screen credits to be submitted through the regular "Adding a New Title" process at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates?update=title.
I recommend that for a Miscellaneous Link, you could submit the DVD's page at Amazon.com if that page specifically mentions the extra that you are submitting. Or if you can find a review of the DVD that mentions that extra, that would also be a good Miscellaneous Link.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
