German title for The Spiders
Accorfing to the Kino DVD, the original German title for the first part of The Spiders is Die Spinnen Erstes Abenteuer: Der Goldene See. It is currently on IMDb as Die Spinnen, 1. Teil - Der Goldene See. However, it does not contain the original German title card. The title card on the DVD is bilingual German and English and done in modern chyron, so I have no way of knowing how accurate this is, si I'm not sure whether it should be an AKA title or changed title. All of the titles in this edition are in English and clearly not authentic to the period.

Usually, we list titles with the original title should reflect exactly what was shown on -screen when the film was first released. If the original title is incorrect it will need to be modified, then you will need to submit a Title Correction first.
If there is a different title showing on a released format (like DVD), that can be listed as an Alternate Title with an attribute, such as: "DVD title"
