Genre correction to Adult declined

The movie Pleasure of Pain title tt2091327 is clearly an Adult genre movie, per the existing Plot Details keywords and Parents Guide, see below for specifics. I tried to replace the existing genres of Romance, Thriller, and Drama with Adult but this was rejected as Unable to Verify. See contribution/251030-164137-403000 I followed the guidelines about adding Adult subgenre plot-detail keywords of sex and hardcore. It is very discouraging that such an obvious edit would be rejected. The Parents Guide tt2091327/parentalguide/ is Sex & Nudity level Severe, with 43 out of 46 votes agreeing. There are multiple comments from IMDb contributors confirming this.
