i have found some Movies which are declared as Video cause they were released on DVD. Is that correct or should they get changed to movie? i did search a bit, but didnt find an really answer.

The titles are correctly formatted, as you can see in our Title Formatting help article. You can also see this title as example: Aladdin and the King of Thieves (1996) (V).
