General Hospital promotional poster

Hello! Around the beginning of the year, General Hospital changed their promo poster after the departure of one of the cast members. I uploaded the updated poster and recommended it as the primary photo, but was declined. Can any more information be provided please? #250728-233641-909202

@HeartGlow30797: IMDb doesn't want the newest poster for tv series, but the first poster for the first season: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/how-do-i-update-my-poster/GA8N34CWGUMJJM98?ref_=helpsrall#

Hmm, okay. Long-running/continuous shows (including soap operas) do not appear to follow this rule. Both the young and the restless and bold and the beautiful are definitely not the original poster. 20/20 and ABC World news are a couple others I can think of that do not follow this either. Big Brother's promotional photo was updated for the current season as well.

Yeah, unfortunately, lots of posters of new(er) seasons make their way as the primary image for shows. Via the edit button (or via this forum) you can always ask IMDb to correct this.
