Full Cast Verification Rejected in Pokémon Horizons

I've been updating the Pokémon episodes and verifying the cast in the process, always sending a screenshot of the credits as evidence. Usually everything is accepted, but in the last round of verification, all were rejected with a "Unable to verify" message.

I believe it was an error (since the evidence is in the posts), but if it wasn't, please point out where the problem is so I can correct it.
