You can still access the latest version (as of 22 Sep 2017) of the former .list text files, including actors.list and actresses.list, at ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/pub/misc/movies/database/frozendata/ *

Please note that in these files neither the names of the persons nor the titles are identified by the modern nmconsts & ttconsts, but by the deprecated (qv) links (and no, there is no easy way to reassign these names to their current identifier).
