FUBAR goofs all being declined

I'm not sure what's going on here these days but another set of contributions all got declined, this time with "We did not capture a specific reason during processing". This seems hopelessly vague given the nature of the entries wasn't complex. Numbers were:

Apologies that this is not directly related to the original post but it's very frustrating to spend time contributing to a site and get such a non-sensical response.

Hi,

I'm really sorry to bump an old thread but it seems something really isn't working with the moderation these days and it's very off-putting as a contributor. 

These three unrelated submissions were all rejected with "unable to verify".

Based on past experience this seems to be a very misleading response and bizarrely re-submitting with less explanation or justification for the submission gets it accepted. Not in this case though as they failed again for the same reason.

These posts can all be easily verified with google using the information within them.

This sort of thing isn't new here but it seems to be getting more and more common lately and the guidelines clearly aren't being applied consistently either with those published or between different submissions.

If there's something I/we (I know I'm not the only one getting this) can do to improve things on our end please tell me.
