Frustration with IMDb Title Scorecard Request – Need Your Input
Hi everyone, I’m dealing with a frustrating experience with IMDb’s customer service. Over two weeks ago, I requested a title scorecard and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but the responses have been confusing and inconsistent. For example, they sometimes claim the request was made only a few days ago, even though the initial request and previous communications clearly show it’s been much longer. I’m really at a loss because I’ve provided all the necessary details, and now it seems like they’ve stopped responding altogether.
