Frustration with IMDb Title Scorecard Request – Need Your Input

Hi everyone, I’m dealing with a frustrating experience with IMDb’s customer service. Over two weeks ago, I requested a title scorecard and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but the responses have been confusing and inconsistent. For example, they sometimes claim the request was made only a few days ago, even though the initial request and previous communications clearly show it’s been much longer. I’m really at a loss because I’ve provided all the necessary details, and now it seems like they’ve stopped responding altogether. I’m curious if anyone else has faced similar issues and how you handled it. Thanks in advance for any insights!
