It refers to Frank Welker (VIII) (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm17127361), but surely it has to be THE Frank Welker (Frank Welker (I) - https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0919798), the prolific voice artist (Scooby Doo, Transformers, etc.)?
