Foreign (original language) episode titles being incorrectly changed to English

IMDb doesn't support multiple languages for episode titles, and my attempts of changing English translations to original language of episodes have been denied or either applied and then changed back by another contributor. Could a short warning be added to the title correction for episodes saying that English translations are not preferred over original languages? A lot of foreign titles need to be fixed. I'd gladly put in the work, but it would be nice if it wasn't changed back quickly.

Obviously, alternative episode titles being implemented would be better, but the original titles should still always be the original language.

Thank you. However, the reverts to English translations still keep being approved. See 230527-110255-638000 for example, all episodes title changes got accepted but quickly got reverted to an translation.

Is there any way IMDb staff can contact the contributor(s) who keep reverting foreign episode titles about the original language guidelines? Thanks.
