For how long can something be listed as in development with no details?
This has been listed as in development for years now, https://www.imdb.com/title/tt17155674/?mode=desktop&ref_=ext_shr_lnk
There are no details except for two photos. It doesn’t seem like it is legitimately in development.

Sometimes projects remain in development hell for two decades. For instance, the 2017 movie adaptation of Stephen King's It.was in development hell for nearly a decade, that original intention of casting Chloë Grace Moretz as Beverly Marsh had to be forgone.
