Fix display of pages with multiple skipped cast positions

Currently, if over 5 positions are skipped, IMDb displays the rest of the cast as "rest of the cast in alphabetical order". This is a terrible way of handling data for many reasons.

There are plenty of animation shows that credit regular casts and then have additional voices where the regular cast members may appear and cause a large gap. See this episode of Milo Murphy's Law for example. However, this is not limited to animated shows. It can happen in live action variety shows as well. There is no rhyme or reason to this limitation.

The only time I've seen large gaps in cast numbering is before TV episodes are released and someone adds position numbers without knowing the actual cast ordering. This is not a valid use case, so who cares. There seems no valid use case for treating a large gap in cast positioning different from a small gap in cast positioning.

The cast guide specifically states that you skip cast positioning if a cast member is credited more than once. So, why does the website not recognize this if there are more than 5 cast positions that are duplicated in a row?
