First time issue for me - Accepted contributions not listed in my update history

I am indeed look at the "beta" version. And as I said, two submissions for the very same picture where I also asked to delete tags ARE listed in my Contribution History.

Hi Marco- Thank you for reporting! I was further reviewing your Contribution History, but I cannot see the two submissions above on this page. Now as per the 50 episodes removed, you mention you don't have a contribution number for this one. To get a little bit more of information, did you get a confirmation email when you submitted it? @Maya: Thanks for the reply. It's weird that you can't find the two submission numbers I mentioned in my Contribution History, because I can. I would add a picture of it right here, but apparently, that's not possible due to the continuing Sprinklr troubles.... Can't you search via the picture I worked on and check the submission from the last week attached to that picture? Or is that not possible? Truth be told, I never check my e-mails because I can keep track of things with the old Contribution History (where I can remove submissions after I've checked they've properly made it online), but I just looked and it seems I don't get any e-mails from submissions I make. (and I do get e-mails from IMDb, mind you. Just a few days ago, I received an e-mail after mailing the Help Desk). Something seems to be wrong there. Not that I need/want these e-mails, but if I should get them, I wonder why I don't get them. Can you look into that please? And my question about the submission for the 50 episodes also remains of course.
