"Film"/"Studio" qualifying adjective on credits for title shot both on film and VT
When a TV programme is made as a combination of film and studio (VT), and the on-screen credits distinguish between roles - eg "film editor", "VT editor", "film cameraman", "studio cameras", "film sound", "studio sound" - should the word "film" be included in the attribute, or should it be implied by the absence of an attribute?
In other words, which of the following is correct:
EDITOR
John Smith (film)
Bill Smith (videotape)
SOUND
Arthur Smith (sound: film)
Joe Smith (sound: studio)
or
EDITOR
John Smith
Bill Smith (videotape)
SOUND
Arthur Smith (sound)
Joe Smith (sound: studio)

Hi martin_695862 -
If the on-screen credits distinguish the roles, then I would say the correct way to list these credits is by including the credited role in the attribute field, so the former would be acceptable:
EDITOR
John Smith (film)
Bill Smith (videotape)
SOUND
Arthur Smith (sound: film)
Joe Smith (sound: studio)
I hope this helps!
