Filming Locations - formatting clarification?

Hi.

I wanted to clarify one thing when adding filming locations. Let's say (this is a made-up example, by the way - it could be any place) that some music video (or scene in the film etc) is filmed in "Ultrasonic Studios" in New Orleans, United States. Meaning, that the artist or band is performing and fooling around in the studio and music video is created from that material. All happens inside the "Ultrasonic Studios".

Is the correct formatting...

a) Ultrasonic Studios, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA (location)

b) Ultrasonic Studios - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA (location)

(edit: Added the state to the example)

Note: Is it "," after the actual name of the studio, or "-"? Or are there some kind of other rules that dictate the use comma or hyphen?

I mean the guide kinda shows both example ( https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/filming-locations/GW8UTH98PQD928H4?ref_=helpms_helpart_inline# ). It's of course possible that I am missing something here. Thanks.

Locations examples:
Los Angeles, California, USA
Roosevelt Hotel, Hollywood, California, USA
Sierra Madre Playhouse, 87 West Sierra Madre Boulevard, Sierra Madre, California, USA
NBC Studios - 3000 W. Alameda Avenue, Burbank, California, USA
New York City, New York, USA
Elgin Theatre, 175 Eighth Avenue, New York City, New York, USA
Triangle T Guest Ranch - 4190 Dragoon Road, Dragoon, Arizona, USA

I believe the hyphen is usually only used when a street address is included before the first comma. There should definitely be a comma before the city.

It is true that the examples seem contradictory about whether a location name and a street address should be separated by a comma or a hyphen.

Note that the state name is included for US locations. Your example should end in "New Orleans, Louisiana, USA".
