Film submission

Hello,i wanted to create my short film on your IMDb website. I'm not sure if I did it right. It didn't say submit and send anywhere, just save. Has my film "Hinter dem Zaun" been submitted to imdb for review?

Baris: Check your submission history at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/ and see whether this entry is listed under a "Submitted Updates" section or a "Saved Updates" section.

If it is under the Saved Updates section, click on the submission number to display the update. Then get screen shots of your entire update, from the top of the page to the bottom, and post them right here in this thread. That will enable the contributors or staff here to figure out what the problem might be.

Many thanks for your response! I have now found a form that I have to fill out. 
If there are any difficulties I will add it with a screenshot. 
Do you actually have to show a short video or the film itself on Imdb over a film?
