Film Name Not Shown in the Data Base after adding to title addition page

The name of my short film is The Key. When I added the film award information some time ago, I added my short film, The Key (2023III), to the data base. (There are already two short films called The Key in 2023, so I added my film to the database as The Key (2023III). Then I also successfully updated the award information at the same time. But when I wanted to add new award information yesterday, my film was not in the data base in the edit page. The feedback after submission is as follows: "This Win / Nomination has been rejected. You need to correct this Win / Nomination before it will be accepted. The title 'The Key' is not currently in the database." But If I click this: "If this title is new to the database, please visit our title addition page", the page where I add a new title will prompt that The Key (2023III) exists in the data base. In this interface, I still cannot select this name to add film award information. Faced with this situation where the name exists in the database and does not exist at the same time, what should I do? I can't find a way to update the film's award information.
