Festival page missing Edit page to contribute awards

Hi IMDB,

I see that some the Festival page are missing Edit page to contribute for adding my awards. For example for the below festivals, I would like to add my awards, but there is no edit page. Not sure how were the existing awards on these pages were listed. I would like to know how can I add mine in these kind of pages.
