Festival award submission
I'm a director, and on Feb. 6 I submitted two awards we won at 8 And HalFilm Awards in Rome, Italy (IMDb update receipt #230206-183205-194000). Usually these are posted within a few days at most. A week later, Monday the 13th I still didn't see any change, decided my submission must have gotten lost, and submitted these again (#230214-025323-990000). Nothing's happened, and I suspect that the fact that the festival added a special event in Dubai might have caused the awards to be rejected. There have been two Dubai events so far, and only one Dubai award is posted as such on IMDb. I hope somebody can give me some advice. Thanks again for all you do! -- Artie Romero, ARG! Thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! I have taken a look at all of them and the reason why they are not showing on the site is because they were declined as badly formatted.
I will suggest that for this festival on the contribution form where it says 'Award' select the respective month that is already on the drop down menu. Then on the 'Category' section, that is where you will put for example: Best Educational Film - Special Event in Dubai 1 and/or Best Animated Short Film - Special Event in Dubai 1 as it's already structured on the page for the event.
